A mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice Register of Mediators, Koylan holds specialist mediator status in employment, commercial and consumer law, and conducts mandatory and voluntary mediation in these fields. He also acts as a Ministry of Justice conciliator in criminal disputes.
Koylan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Commerce University.
