Her principal areas of practice are the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, company formation, shareholding, merger and demerger transactions, advising start-ups, KVKK compliance, condominium law and real estate law. Focusing her work mainly on association and foundation law, Arslan provides institutional advice to foundations and civil society organisations, particularly hospital and university foundations, on formation, amendments to foundation deeds, preparation of association statutes, opening of branches and governance.
Arslan has completed an undergraduate programme in Occupational Health and Safety and has received advanced training in mediation, expert witness work, arbitration and data protection.
